By participating in Speakeasy Mastermind, you agree to fully honor the following principles and guidelines:

1. You agree to adopt and fully honor all Speakeasy Mastermind policies and principles during your membership.

2. You will treat each and every member of Speakeasy Mastermind professionally and with respect, understanding and compassion.

3. You will be open-minded.

4. You will be open to disagreement and difference of opinion while at the same time refraining from insulting fellow Speakeasy Mastermind members.

5. You will not be aggressive, judgmental, or verbally attack anyone.

6. You will not mass spam or email members trying to sell your services.

7. You will adhere to the confidentiality clause provided for in the Membership Agreement, which clause also applies to any recordings or notes taken at a Speakeasy Mastermind event.

8. Speakeasy Mastermind events you attend may be photographed or recorded for marketing or promotional purposes and you give Speakeasy Mastermind a non-exclusive license to use your photograph and likeness in any and all media to promote Speakeasy Mastermind without any compensation.

9. Breaches of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from Speakeasy Mastermind in the sole and absolute discretion of Speakeasy Mastermind.

10. Breaches of the confidentiality clause provided for herein and in the Membership Agreement will not only result in your immediate removal from Speakeasy Mastermind but also any and all legal remedies available.
