Speakeasy Mastermind provides networking, mastermind groups, business development resources, and related services for entrepreneurs and business professionals.

APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any Speakeasy Mastermind program. We reserve the right to approve or deny applicants at our discretion.

Participation in events or masterminds requires adherence to community standards and respectful conduct.

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you via email, phone, and SMS regarding your application, scheduling, event updates, and related communications.

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Speakeasy Mastermind related to application updates, appointment reminders, event notifications, and follow-up communication.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

If you enroll in a paid program, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

All payments are final unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

NO GUARANTEES

Speakeasy Mastermind does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial results, or personal success. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speakeasy Mastermind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

EVENT MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
By participating in Speakeasy Mastermind, you agree to fully honor the following principles and guidelines:

1. You agree to adopt and fully honor all Speakeasy Mastermind policies and principles during your membership.

2. You will treat each and every member of Speakeasy Mastermind professionally and with respect, understanding and compassion.

3. You will be open-minded.

4. You will be open to disagreement and difference of opinion while at the same time refraining from insulting fellow Speakeasy Mastermind members.

5. You will not be aggressive, judgmental, or verbally attack anyone.

6. You will not mass spam or email members trying to sell your services.

7. You will adhere to the confidentiality clause provided for in the Membership Agreement, which clause also applies to any recordings or notes taken at a Speakeasy Mastermind event.

8. Speakeasy Mastermind events you attend may be photographed or recorded for marketing or promotional purposes and you give Speakeasy Mastermind a non-exclusive license to use your photograph and likeness in any and all media to promote Speakeasy Mastermind without any compensation.

9. Breaches of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from Speakeasy Mastermind in the sole and absolute discretion of Speakeasy Mastermind.

10. Breaches of the confidentiality clause provided for herein and in the Membership Agreement will not only result in your immediate removal from Speakeasy Mastermind but also any and all legal remedies available

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
