The Conversation That Created a Global Network
Eric Berman was approached by thought leader and fellow entrepreneur, John Assaraf, to help form a mastermind dinner group with other top people in their collective networks.
Eric and John are both entrepreneurs who were running businesses that were both dependent on online marketing and wanted to share their wins and challenges.
That abundance mindset led to many gatherings of some incredible people. Over time, the following grew and the structure of these dinners continually improved.
More entrepreneurs locally and guests from out of town wanted to stop by these ‘magical’ dinner meetings to see what was happening with the connection, collaboration, and exchange of ideas that would just blow people’s minds.
Many visitors would say: ‘If you ever wanted to do something like this in my city, I would love to help and be a part of it – nothing like this exists for us.’
So, in 2022, Eric decided to expand into Austin and Scottsdale to test the concept.
After seeing more positive results and seeing how the formula for success was able to be replicated, Eric realized he had to share this with the world.
But, this would be a big undertaking, so he partnered with his current business partner, Rob Poling, as well as good friend and colleague, Glen Ledwell, to help expand his vision.
Glen already had a huge network, great business experience, and ran his own high level mastermind of over 10 years called Flight Club, which consisted of some of the most revered digital marketers in the world.
Glen became equally inspired to expand this vision to 100 cities globally!
